Bio

I was born in Saint Petersburg Florida, adopted by my grandparents at age 6 along with my only known living sibling (my older brother) and we were raised Baptist Christian. I attended Sawgrass Lake Elementary and Osceola Middle School. In 2009 I graduated from Gibbs  High School , Pinellas Tech in 2012 and Saint Petersburg College in 2015. Married in 2009, I was 18 years old. Since I married young, I spent my younger years being a wife and mother. Although I started doing hair when I was a teenager, I never took the profession seriously. I started on myself, as young stylist usually do; and soon moved on to styling my family and friends. After my long stretch as a Stay at Home Mom, I actually started working in customer service (2013). This was my main source of income. Although, I was great at my job, I knew there was more out there for me. I didn’t start being a full time stylist until 2019. Shortly after my decision to leave my career and start my own business, Covid hit. I left the salon I was working from to work from home which I have been doing successfully since. 

During the covid pandemic, I met my birth father and discovered for the first time that I am the oldest of 5 his children. I am now building meaningful relationships with my mother, father, and siblings, thriving in a career that was my first love and working toward new goals. 

My Goal for 2024 was to take my Fitness Career to the next level. Instead of doing free outdoor classes like I had done for the past 5 years, I started taking one-on-one training clients. I’ve since signed up for more health and wellness classes at the local college. I don’t only want to become a personal trainer. I want to become a professional nutritionist. I will always love doing hair, and I will always be around for my loyal clients, however, I’m committed to being greater. Greater for myself, my family, and my community. Life is good and it’s only getting better.

Update, I am now a NASM certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach. Now accepting new clients, in-person as well as virtual. 2024 is not over yet
